Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return for defects only. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. You can choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit. Once your return reaches us, your refund or credit is issued within five business days.

Refund or store credit

• Refund: returned to your original payment method.
• Store credit: issued as a gift card by email, good toward anything in our shop, with no expiration date.

How to start a return
Email us at southparkmahjong@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll reply with return instructions.

Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer. It never applies when the fault is ours: if we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we’ll cover the return or send a replacement.

Items we can’t accept
Items returned after 14 days, or that have been used or damaged after delivery, aren’t eligible for a refund.
